  • If uploading from a computer, please upload your file in JPEG or TIFF format. If you are converting your file from a different format, please save your JPEG file with a quality setting of at least 10 (High) in Photoshop, or a minimum of 92 in Adobe Lightroom. 
  • If you are uploading images via smart phone or tablet, please ensure you are uploading the largest sized image file available in your camera roll.

  • PLEASE NOTE: Although we do our best to review files upon receipt, uploaded files are printed as they are uploaded, so please be sure to double check your files for errors and imperfections prior to upload. If you have color or quality concerns, we highly recommend ordering a proof, on the material you plan to order, prior to placing your final order. Pricing for 8x10 proofs is the same as an 8x10 print on the material of your choice. If you are ordering a canvas proof it will be shipped rolled up and not stretched on bars.
  • Standard turn around time for print orders is 3-7 business days depending on quantity, size and volume of orders in house.
  • Standard turn around time for frame orders is 5-10 business days.
  • If you need a RUSH order (1-3 business days), select the RUSH option when placing order. A Rush Fee will be applied to all Rush Orders.
