When submitting images in our Upload Images section, you are responsible for the quality and integrity of the image files, so please be sure to double check your image files for dust, hairs, scratches, and any other imperfections. Although we do our best to review the files before printing, Upload to Print images are printed how they are uploaded, so it is best to closely check your files for errors before uploading.
We suggest uploading your image at the print size requested, however, we do have a cropping tool built in if your files are not the exact size you need.
If you have trouble setting up your files for print or need help cleaning up imperfections, we offer design services at $75 per hour, charged per 1/4 hour. Please contact us with questions about our graphic design services.
If you have color or quality concerns, we highly recommend ordering a proof prior to placing your final order. Full size proofs are available at the same cost as a regular print at that size.
Alternatively, we offer one free sample per customer. If you have not ordered a free sample before, you could order a free sample. Samples are scaled down from your full image. If you are ordering a canvas, canvas proofs will be shipped rolled up and not stretched on bars. You are welcome to pickup from our office at no charge or can select and pay for shipping at checkout.
When you receive your proof, you will need to contact us with written approval to move forward on the larger print. We cannot guarantee color accuracy if a proof is not ordered. Our Money Back Guarantee is void if you do not order a proof. We thank you for your understanding.
